Episode 21 What is wisdom and how wise are you?

What is wisdom? Who do you know that is wise? What makes you call someone wise? How do you obtain Wisdom? What do we know about wisdom? These questioned aren't hard to answer. Check it out.

Fear, doubt, and Wisdom do go together. Couldn't help but mention my fear of chickens and fearing the Lord.. Those fears are very different.
Finances and money are mentioned as well. How wise are you at handling finances? More will be discussed when we get to the chapter "Prescription for Finance"

Episode 20 Would you ever doubt perfection?

What is perfection? Who do you know that is near perfect? I often have said my husband is "perfect for me". No he's not perfect.
This episode covers a lot more than Doubt. Eva was all over the place. So much was coming out, it was hard to contain. When we talk about the perfection of God and His love He brings much out.

Episode 18 How to Keep the Dark Clouds of Doubt Away

In this episode we define doubt and give examples of why someone would doubt something. You may see yourself in some of the situations mentioned. Some I experienced and some I witnessed others doubt their decision even when they knew they needed to make changes.  We start out strong, but when things get tough and we get tired,  we doubt we will make it through. May you come to know what God's Word says about you and stop doubting He has a plan for you. No need to doubt His love and provision for you.

Grey clouds of Doubt and Sunny Days ahead

Doubt can creep in like grey clouds making your mind clouded with untruths. In this episode Eva recalls her "weather forecasting" days and she informs listeners of how many sunny days are in some of the cities close to her heart. . She really does take a  few minute to discuss clouds.  Stay with her as she goes on to talk about the darkest day ever.

Episode 16 Peace is a gift. Receive it daily.

In this episode we see Peace is a true gift we can receive daily. We think about the giver and receiver of gifts. We look at how some people love giving gifts and others love receiving gifts. Some people like useful gifts and others, the mere fact you spend time with them is the best gift they could've received.

Episode 15: Where do you go for Peace? Where is your Peace Spot?

In this episode Eva asks where is your Peace spot? Where is the spot you go when you need peace? She encourages you to have a physical place to go, but maybe more important is where to go in your mind. What thoughts bring peace to you? What physical activities bring peace to you. Remember health is about the whole person.
God. our maker. knows peace in our human body and mind may be hard to obtain at times. We need to allow the Holy Spirit to come in and do His work and bring the peace and comfort as He was sent to do in our lives.

Episode 14 Is Peace REALLY possible in the midst of a storm?

In this episode Eva surprises herself with the answer she received.
This is a long podcast and hear her me out to the end...oh yes I got quite passionate about this topic. I can't believe God sent me to the book of Job for the answer to the question- Can peace be found in the MIDST of a storm. Some of you know the story of Job. Some of you do not.
For anyone who has done an in depth study of Job I really hope you will send me an email and help me understand this book better. Let me know if it will be okay to share that information on my next episodes.
Job 22:21 is in the JesusRx Prescription for life workbook, chapter 3, Prescription for Peace. That verse is advice a friend gave Job. It's good advice but was a bit misplaced. I hope you take the time this next few weeks to read the book of Job and send me some of your thoughts.

Episode 13 Peace follows forgiveness and brings health

In this episode you are asked to take notice of how you feel and how your body reacts when in a state of peace and when it is not.
We all do things when we are not at peace that we may not normally do when we are at peace. To have faith is to have peace.
It's hard to have peace when you don't know "what's next" or when a loved one has bad news. This is how we overcome the sickness of sin.
