What was the key to regaining Davids health? What is a key to regaining your health? Have you ever felt you had no health left in your body or soundness of bones? 

He mentions the results of what he was doing lead to  wounds festering. He was brought very low, mourning, back full of searing pain, feeble, crushed and groaned anguished in heart. His light has gone out of his eyes. He knew why and he knew what to do about it.
