Episode 40 Speak it. Thy Son Liveth! Speak life!

What do you do when you or a loved one is sick? Do you seek out a healer? To what extreme do you go to when your child is sick (or even your pet?).
Jesus, the great Physician, was sought after for healing. In this situation, it was a father who sought out the healing for his son. 
Jesus spoke life, and the father, who was a nobleman, believed His Words. The nobleman was told by his servants the exact time the fever left, and the child was made well.  The father knew it was the exact moment Jesus spoke life into his son. What Jesus said was fulfilled.

How much do you value a person who speaks truth? Would you rather listen to the quiet words of a wise person than shouts from a loudmouth that rules over foolish people? What kind of friends do people with a pure heart and whose speech is gracious have?

Episode 38 Speak truth, he is not my husband

Prescription for Speech is needed daily. How we speak to others and what is spoken to us can make a huge impact on a person's life. Just listen to this podcast and see the difference it made to those hearing what Jesus spoke and they in return spoke. 
Around minute seven I believe I mis-spoke. There wasn't true hate among the Jews and Samaritans just disagreements on how to worship God. The true problem was in talking to a woman. Praise God today men and women can have open discussions without judgement. There are boundaries in how men and women communicate. I will leave that here for another time.

Episode 34 Fear series. Nancy goes Holistic, not ballistic after cancer diagnosis

Medical challenges can cause us to fear. Some fear the treatments they must undergo to prolong life. Some fear the unknown that comes with many diseases. It's essential to educate yourself and advocate for yourself, as Nancy explains in this podcast. She agreed to be a guest because if this information can help one person, she wants to do that!  It was not easy what she had to go through to do what she knew was best for her. She felt she was fighting at times against some doctors. 
I did ask her about the cost, but what is your life worth?
She refers to many books that helped her, and the Believe Big non-profit Christian organization helped her tremendously. She does not blame God for the cancer that came upon her; she blames herself for not taking care of her body and for not handling stress in godly ways.
